As a valued customer of Kiss IT, you will be assigned an account manager. Your account manager will be responsible for ‘looking after you'. They are your single point of contact for all your IT requirements. Your account manager is there to make sure that you receive the priority assistance that you deserve.
Some of the things that your account manager can help you with include:
- Non-biased advice on IT and business
- Sales and Quotations
- Logging Technical Issues
- Project Management
Your account manager will pass any issues on to the appropriate engineer so that they can be dealt with promptly and efficiently. Depending on the issue, you may be passed through to helpdesk, or an engineer may be assigned to visit your site to assist.
Your account manager will also follow up to make sure that everything is ok, and that you were happy with the service that you have received.
Unlike many IT companies, our account managers and sales team work very closely with the engineers. In fact, all projects and recommendations are discussed with the engineers before they are quoted. This is the best way to make sure that every quote that we submit, is accurate and the best solution for the customers business needs.
