CRM or C ustomer R elationship M anagement is a Business software tool that enables an individual or organisation to build & maintain connections with customers, partners, suppliers and other business resources.
Simply stated, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is about finding, getting, and retaining customers. CRM is at the core of any customer-focused business strategy and includes the people, processes, and technology questions associated with marketing, sales, and service.
With computer systems now a normal part of business, are you still tracking your Customer details, Sales, and Marketing campaigns on Paper, or even in a spreadsheet? |

Examples of how clients have benefited from a CRM system custom installed.
E.g. 1.
A Telecommunications & Phone Systems company used CRM software for six Months. All new customers were asked how they heard of the company when first contact was made, this information was stored against the customer in the CRM system. All sales were also tracked in the CRM system against each customer.
The company's Yellow pages advertising became due for renewal. In previous years, the company ran multiple quarter page ads costing 10s of thousands of dollars without really knowing if investing in this manner was really paying off. The Sales & Marketing manager ran a report in the CRM system listing which customers had used the Yellow pages to find his company & then ran a report as to the value of sales that these customers had bought in the last six months. Within seconds a decision was made to keep Yellow page advertising going at the current rate, since the total sales generated had already paid for the advertising 12 times over.
